What we collect

When you apply to join The Gathering, we ask for your first name, your email address, your city, your age range and your answers to two short questions. If you tick the box to be considered as a Founding Community Guide, we record that too.

Why we collect it

To read and consider your application, reply to you and send you occasional updates on how The Gathering is progressing. If you join us, we'll welcome you properly. Your age range helps us shape Sessions and programming around the women actually in the room—it is never used to rank an application, and we only ever look at it as a group picture. We don't sell your details, share them with advertisers, or use them for anything you haven't asked for.

Who can apply?

The Gathering is built for women aged 18 and over. If you're under 18, we can't accept your application yet.

Where it lives

Your application is stored securely with trusted service providers we use to run The Gathering. Only our small founding team can read it.

Your choices

You can contact us to request a correction or deletion of your data at any time. Every email update we send also has an unsubscribe link, which lets you manage how you hear from us—so you're always in control.
